Evening surgery and overnight monitoring available if needed*

Friday 5:00pm – Monday 8:00am, plus Statutory Holidays, phones answered from 3:00pm Fridays
24 hour care available

*Please note that we will not be accepting new cases after 10:00pm Monday – Thursday. However, we will have the capability to continue ongoing overnight monitoring. Those animals that require it will remain in our care and will be transferred back to their regular veterinarian the following morning.

Justin, a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for orthopedic surgery, spent five years in general practice before completing a three-year orthopedic residency at Scotland’s busiest referral center, earning a Certificate in Surgery. Specializing in stifle conditions and fracture repair, he is known for his expertise and compassionate care. Committed to after-hours veterinary support, Justin founded Emergency Veterinary Hospital Collingwood to provide urgent veterinary care to the surrounding community.

Just like in a human emergency room, we assess each emergency through triage. Every situation is unique, and we always prioritize pets in critical, life-threatening conditions first. Because emergencies can be unpredictable, wait times may vary—we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
